Fantastic location, close to metro and shopping mall. Large, clean rooms with great views. Helpful and attentive staff. Good breakfast with a variety of dishes. English-speaking staff and English TV channels. Peaceful and well-equipped hotel. Comfortable and spacious beds. Convenient access to park and subway.

The hotel's location was convenient, with both a subway station and Wanda plaza within walking distance. the room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a well-equipped bathroom. the service was good, and the staff was friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a decent selection, including tasty pastries and cheeses.
The hotel could improve on its air conditioning system, as it left a bit of a smoke smell in the room despite being a non-smoking room, and the temperature remained at around 20 degrees Celsius throughout the stay, making it uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The location was great, close to shopping and restaurants, and it was easy to access public transportation. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff who went out of their way to accommodate our requests.
The breakfast selection wasn't the best and could have been better. the housekeeping service could have been more attentive to restocking basic amenities such as tea and sugar.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were its convenient location very close to the train station and right on top of a subway station. We could also easily walk to a nearby shopping mall and restaurants. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

Spent xmas holiday at this hotel and the best aspects were the clean and spacious rooms and the friendly staff. the hotel is located in a prime location near a metro station and a shopping mall. the swimming pool had a beautiful view, making it a great place to relax and unwind.
The language barrier was quite frustrating as most of the employees didn't speak English, making it difficult to communicate. There were also issues with billing as the trainee employee charged me the full deposit amount instead of the invoiced amount.
